I want my refund

I bought a British airway flight ticket for my sister from PE to JNB in May 2022, the flight was canceled as there were claims that British airways is liquidating. I never got my refund I have made countless calls and have sent numerous emails for refund with no luck. I am really fed up! it's been almost 7 months already and still I haven't received my money. I don't want to talk to call center agents anymore they are clueless and only read out a script to you
