I want a refund

I bought bus tickets online but my booking was approved a week after by the time i receive an email confirming my booking I was back from the trip and the day after I made a booking I contacted computicket to confirm if my booking was successful as there was no email the lady who was assisting me said she can't locate my booking she thinks maybe it was unsuccessful but the money was deducted from my account I had to buy new tickets at shoprite. They confirmed my booking a week after, the booking that they couldn't locate on the system and i told them to refund me as I was back from my trip already i don't know how many times I have contacted them explaining the same thing but they haven't paid me back. Computicket is a nonsense company ******** people.
