Horrible Service!!!

I booked tickets for the Lions vs Sharks rugby match. The tickets allocated to me was A35 to A38 which I later found out was right at the back. It was a fair assumption to believe A would be in the front. So I called Computicket and asked them which row was in the front, the didn't know!? I then found out GG was in the front and asked Computicket to change my ticket to GG. They said they can change the tickets, but the system automatically allocates tickets so I cannot choose my seats!!?? Why would any customer settle for that? It's absolutely ridiculous!! I'm very disappointed and will certainly inform the Emirates Lions as this most certainly impacts their tickets sales negatively. I'm booking almost 3 months in advance and I cannot choose seats fairly close to the front because of Computicket's horrible service.
