Happiness- changing a booking

I tried to change a booking I made with Computicket. It took 2 days as the event coordinator also had to be involved. Despite this, Floyd who assisted me on the phone was professional and friendly and helpful. He phoned me back the following day as promised with the info. I Although I think the process can be more streamlined and simplified on the technology side there is only praise for Floyd and another lady who assisted me. Thank you kindly all
