Handled my query with professionalism

I bought tickets for a show last year which had an international performer in it for the first 2 weeks, he is also the creator of the show. For this, there was an extra charge on the normal price of the tickets.<br> <br> At the show an announcement was made that he was not able to attend.<br> <br> I contacted Computicket via their website on the Sunday to ask for a refund on the difference between a normal ticket and the special ticket.<br> <br> Monday morning I got a call from a very friendly lady (sorry, I didn't take her name) who was extremely understanding, with no excuses or stories. She confirmed that she will action a refund, requested my credit card details and only a few days later the money was in my account (before the end of the week). This phone call took less then 2 minutes!<br> <br> Thank you Computicket and your amazing staff. This was handled with such professionalism and efficiency.<br> <br> Well Done!
