Great Service

I am extremely happy and I highly appreciate with the service I got from Mathapelo Rapholo. I had an incident were I had to request for a refund with the bundled Ticket I bought online for the Soweto Kota festival. She handled my enquiry so very well, very patient with me, even went as far as doing a follow up with me regarding the refund. I am very very Thankful to Mathapelo, honestly If it wasn't for her, I would still be frustrated. Kealeboga so much!!!
