Great, friendly and speedy assistance

I lost two tickets i collected for an upcoming show. Was very upset because the Computicket website states that replacements are not allowed. Was concidering bying new tickets off Gumtree, when I thought lets just give it a chance by calling Computicket. <br> <br> Jessica Ramokotjo answered and explained immediately that she can help me with replacement tickets and that I just need to send her some docs. <br> <br> Two days later, and I just collected my brand new replacement tickets without any hassle! <br> <br> Thanks Computicket!
