I contacted Computicket with regard to an exchange of tickets for a show. After initially being worried about the level of help that was being offered, I was given the contact details of a gentleman called Inus De Bruin. What a wonderful and helpful employee. Inus went out of his way to help me and called me back personally to make sure that everything had been resolved. Not only did he do this, but he resolved some reservations I had regarding payment exchanges too. I have to say he was exceptional and an enormous credit to Computicket!<br> <br> I'd also like to praise the extremely professional and efficient service of Markus Nkwane, who was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He thoroughly deserves to be recognised for his wonderful approach to customer service.
