Good customer service

I tried to book a ticket for a show, however something went wrong and the transaction was declined. I wrote an email to Computicket to ask why as I regularly buy tickets this way (this was on a Saturday) and by Monday morning I got a call from Darnell in Johannesburg to explain why the transaction was cancelled and he sorted out the block on my credit card. He was very friendly and helpful. Thanks Ralf
