Going the extra mile to accommodate my request

I had purchased 3 tickets and printed them out at Checkers. 2 days later I needed one more ticket, and requested a seat next to the 3 I had already bought, however there were no seats available in or near that row. Richenda went out of her way making numerous calls and sending many emails to ensure I received four consecutive seats. She cancelled my 3 tickets and reissued 4 tickets. Thanks Richenda!
