frustration continues....!!!!

i complained a while back about this but no solution as yet. i have just tried to book tickets to a comedy event for end on May. guess what, again i cant complete the transaction successfully online. i am get an error message to call the call centre. <br> <br> Why is this? this is uncalled for and frustration. we need convenience and ease of use. my bookings end up costing me more than the price of the ticket in time and money. <br> <br> please fix this.
