Forced to Buy a ticket i could have exchanged

i purchased tickets online for the Good Foood and Wine Show on Sat 28 May. There was no option to select the date and when i printed the tickets, it said 28 May. The supervisor at the ticket counter told me that the tickets were unusable and could not be exchanged or refunded. On top of that, he was rude and condescending. I purchased another set of tickets to get my family in for the show. After the show, I went to the computicket store in Waterfront to attempt to get a refund for the tickets purchased. They lady at the counter told me i could have come to the store before the show and exchanged it for the correct tickets. the supervisor at the CTICC **** to me and made me purchase new tickets and waste my money when i could quickly gone to exchange the tickets.

I am honestly disgusted by the staff employed by Computicket and how they can just lie to my face like that and still be rude about it.

I have also tried to contact computicket via their support and have not received a response since Sunday.

Never want to use computicket again
