FLOYED MBENSE - SUPERIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I had the pleasure of dealing with Floyed from Computicket Travel call centre earlier this evening and would like to commend him on his excellent customer service offering which is sadly lacking in most other customer service centres. Initially I made on online booking for a trip from Johannesburg to Durban for 11/11/20 and the booking reflected as successful after my credit card verification but no confirmation of the booking was received thereafter. Floyed responded to my call and he advised that I should wait a few minutes and he would call me back to verify if my credit card transaction was processed. True to his word Floyed returned my call and I suggested he make a new booking for me which he promptly did and throughout the process he remained very professional in his approach. He even advised me of the refund process to be followed in the event I was double billed for the initial transaction. May I take this opportunity to thank Floyed for his superior customer service. He is in my opinion an asset to your call centre and I am sure there are a few other employees that can take a leaf out of his book.
