I am so irritated right now, yesterday I booked a bust ticket to travel today, they took my money and they did not confirm my ticket, I called intercape and they told me there is no ticket, I called computicket again and they pretended to assist me, they requested my bank statement and card details and I sent them the nice lady Bridget Mojakisane promised she will help with another ticket because i urgently need to travel home but unfortunately I still do not have any assistance, this morning I have been calling since 8am and I have been transferred and then placed on long holds .I will never use computicket . All I want is my money back to my account.
