FALSE BUS BOOKINGS BY COMPUTICKET

We paid R990 for a bus booking on the 26/11/2023 for M&K LUXURY BUS. The bus was departing at 17h00 from PE to arrive on the 27/11/2023 in Bosman.

The bus never arrived. The Bus offices Receptionist said the bus never arrived and the drivers that were called said the bus left already meanwhile we arrive at the station at 16h10.

When I called the owner, by the name Samson Chanetsa, he said Compiticket was testing the system and allowed for bookings meanwhile the bus was supposed to be operating on the 28th of November. That they will refund us.

It has been a story after the other with no payments. Now they're not even taking our calls.

I'm complaining to Compiticket because we made a payment online.

It's been over a month already with no refund and being sent from pillar to post. Can their Liaison Officer make contact with me
