False adverting, misleading descriptions or just *****?

Terrible customer service, false advertising, and online customer support (In this case Nico Van Der Westhuizen) blatantly LIES to customers even though the email chat history is visible and other customer support reps state otherwise! I was told by Edna Moyo that my request was denied by the promoter, but in Nico's conversation history that was shared I could see it was HIM and not the promoter, yet when confronted he refuses to supply the info of the "promoter" and just refuses to assist me further.

You keep passing the buck and each rep seems to give a different story when confronted!

Your listing for the Monster Jam pit party passes was false advertising and on the day of the event people without a pit party pass and just a regular ticket could attend the pit party!

I've been given different stories by different customer support reps from computicket.

It's nothing more than *****! For all I know, this was just something set up by Computicket to make a quick buck and take advantage of fans.

Additionally, you poorly communicated the setup of the event on your website and did not notify attendees that parking tickets will be required. Since parking tickets were only recently made available it's only fair that you communicate this!!!

I don't care about my regular monster jam tickets. But I don't feel it's fair being changed for a pit party pass when it's not needed
