EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE

I am extremely disgruntled by Computicket, I bought a ticket for Kota Festival Event on Wednesday at 17:40. I am still yet to receive the ticket, I have called them and emailed my particulars regarding the purchase of the ticket and they are yet to be released. Money went out of my account and I emailed a screenshot showing them as proof.The event is tomorrow but still there is no sense of urgency from them. EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE.
