Excelent Customer Care - an example to follow

After I made a huge mistake on Computicket's (travel) webstie, I phone Computicket's customer care centre. Struggling through my mistake, other mistakes crept in from both sides. Although both parties erred, the level of professionalism, friendliness and patience on Computicket's side was astounding. The junior people never panicked, the senior people was very understanding and thourough. It was such a pleassure to encounter a high level of decency and mutual respect. Thank you Computicket Customer Care. I hope other companies can learn from your excelence!
