I bought tickets for concerts on AUGUST and I a week before i had to cancel before the concert due to funeral... I called them a week before and they told me that I can cancel because I bought them online... around October they told me that they can't refund me because the event took place... while all this time they were asking for proof death certificate and bank statement...
