Ed Sheeran ticket failure

Complete mess up with our Ed Sheeran tickets. We bought 8 tickets at the Checkers at Burgundy Estate and the tickets were collected from Checkers N1 City. 3 out of the 8 tickets were rejected at the gate and this meant we had to run around between the different access point to get them verified. The ticket officer said that our tickets had been issued to someone at Canal Walk. So obviously someone else took 3 of our tickets and scanned them before we got to the stadium. Very disappointed with Computicket at the moment.
