Ed Sheeran Ticket Disappointment

So on 29 June 2018 we were lucky enough to purchase tickets for Ed Sheeran, received the confirmation e-mail and we were ecstatic. That following Saturday 30 June, we received a phone call from Computicket with some story about payments etc, etc - and do we still want the tickets because then they will process the credit card. OF COURSE WE WANT THE TICKETS.

We were booked for the 27 March Cape Town show and on Monday went to collect the tickets. After a very long story, yesterday (after taking leave and organising a babysitter for my child), at 13:00 we finally heard that, after three and a half days of struggling, we were not getting tickets but we might get tickets for today's show (28 March). I didn't even have any hope because if there were still tickets then they would have given it to us on 27 March when we were standing there right in front of them all geared up and ready to go. Today I had to be back at work until 17:00 so the excitement of going to town early and spending the day and then heading to the stadium was already gone, but I guess we could rush to town and try and find parking and then rush to the stadium and still try and enjoy the show. This morning however we said that they should refund the money, the whole Ed Sheeran excitement was ****ed on by Computicket, the lady however said that we might get tickets in the suite then for R1330 (or close to that) then - excitement again - then finally at 15:30 today finally, it was a no, no chance of tickets, no Ed Sheeran for us. Thank you very much Computicket, I did not know that you had airline policies where you overbook shows in stadiums.
