I am so disappointed with both computicket and shoprite I bought tickets for a scorpion kings event that was suppose to happen in march but got cancelled because of the whole corona pandemic. I later went to shoprite where I bought the tickets at and I was told to contact computicket directly they ddnt even provide contact details I contacted computicket n was told the event was going to take place on the 21st of June even though I request a refund they insisted they can only help me after the 21st now emails are ignored I am fed up with them at this point very unprofessional.
