Dont book through computicket to go on City to City Bus

We booked a bus ticket through computicket for my grandmother thats visiting us for a while. The bus ticket indicated they will pick her up at 18:35, and no one came to fetch her we sat there waiting for almost 4 hours. And then u try to phone computicket and the phones just ring!!!! Its quick to take your money but absolutely pathetic in delivering a service!!!! You should be ashamed of yourself
