Disgusting service and *********** staff

I am extremely disappointed with the level of service I have received regarding the tickets i bought for the Sun City Metro fm tap into 2027 NYE party. I purchased tickets for the Metro FM Tap Into 2027 – NYE Party 7 days ago. However, due to what appears to be a system error, I was issued tickets for the Rusty Rocks Beach Party (1 January – 2 January 2027) instead of the event I intended to attend .I reported the issue immediately and followed up multiple times and I was advised that the matter had been escalated to the event planners. To my suprise compu ticket is now asking me to re purchase another tickets, they actually want me to get the same incorrect tickets and put me from pilar to post for my refund, can cumputicket fix this mess and give me my correct tickets, because i wont re-purchase those tickets, an erorr is on their side, they must not make their problems mine
