disgusting service

I am so disappointed at the service from computicket I bought a ticket to stream live the worship in isolation by Benjamin Dube, I called their call center which takes time to answer calls and when I did manage to get through I was told by the agent that she would liase with IT and come back to me, to my surprise the show ran and finished she didnt come back to me, I called again and requested to be called back, she just buzzed and whilst I reached out for the fone she had already hang up. I would like my refund in full and believe it, I DONT think c;lients should use the online streaming it is nonsense and the stuff at the contact center know nothing.
