Disgusting service
I am very angry I’ve never had this problem in my life before where money has left my account but I have not received my tickets. I booked 2 bus tickets from Durban to Pretoria yesterday and I have not received my tickets and I am supposed to leave on Thursday. I have sent all the necessary information about this issue and I keep being given the run around. The way everything is going up I can’t believe I am being ****med by such big merchants. I have sent emails and wtsapp I haven’t received any help and R555 is a lot of money.

I will tell all my friends and family and your disgusting service. You were supposed to give me the tickets that’s all I wanted and you are doing this after petrol increased and everything is increasing so high😤😤😤😤🙅🏻♀️ Never will I ever use you again 🙅🏻♀️
