DISGUSTED with the service...

I had the unfortunate experience of getting food poisoning the night before I was supposed to take my 4 year old daughter to see The Little Mer**** at Canal Walk. That morning, i could not leave my bathroom! Upon requesting that Computicket re-schedule my tickets, not even refund, just re-schedule, I was advised that I have to provide a doctors note? How was I supposed to leave my bathroom? And who goes to the doctor when you have food poisoning, it is something that you have to recover from. Now I am told I can go to a doctor NOW for a note? So spend another R 550 over and above the price of the tickets? I think this is incredibly unfair - it was not like I decided I just didn't feel like going - I COULD NOT MOVE!! I hope I never have to spend another cent with you Computicket.
