I called in Computicket travel to enquiry about a travel package that was posted on their Facebook page. I asked to be transferred to a Zulu speaking person. The agent - Adna has hung up on me twice without clarifying if she will be able to transfer or not. It’s unacceptable. I have a right to request to speak to anyone using any language I desire.
