Disappointing Service - Computicket

I had the worst experience booking tickets for Ed Sheeran through Computicket.

I bought 5 R850 tickets, the money left my account and since then I've been receiving emails that my reservation is going to be cancelled if I do not pay.

I called the Computicket contact centre and spoke to someone who confirmed that my payment was successful and that my tickets are reserved. I was still receiving cancellation emails even after I spoke to him. I proceeded to call the contact centre again this morning because I started worrying. I spoke to a very rude woman who also confirmed my payment was successful. I tried to explain to her why I was so disgruntled about this whole situation and instead of her listening, she sighed and cut the call.

I paid a large sum of money and all I really needed was a proper confirmation via email/sms that everything is on track and I will have no problems when attending the concert next year.

What sucks the most is that Computicket is the only vendor for these sorts of things. I would definitely go to someone else if this wasn't the case.
