Disappointed with Computicket

I'm so disappointed with computicket. I went to collect my 7 tickets from Sandton checkers today only to find out that they say my tickets are showing pending on computickets side, then they asked me to send them my POP and Ref number, after I sent my documents they telling me the tickets was not issues its an error from computicket… Like really how is it my problem I know I bought the ticket and I fully paid and if I didn't go collect my tickets on Wednesday when will the computicket let me know that they did not issue my tickets and they will refund me " on the day of the show" like really im very disappointed by this treatment.

I have friends driving from Mpumalanga to come and watch the show now im being told I don't have the tickets and they will refund me. That really sucks shame... Now I'm waiting on my refund R1400 in total

now the show is fully booked and computicket want to refund me.

I AM NOT REALLY HAPPY ABOUT THIS SITUATION
