Disappointed in Greyhound

So I bought a Greyhound premium bus ticket on Computicket and ended up in a low class, no toilet, no aircon bus. Greyhound informed me 1/2 hours ahead of departure that they have subcontracted a VR bus to transport us to Johannesburg.

When the bus arrived, it was dirty and the driver asked us as the passengers to load our bags onto the carriage. A fight broke out between driver and two passengers, because the driver allowed to people who were on a hiking spot @ Colchester embark on the bus.

I'm highly annoyed and require a refund/ the difference between the Greyhound bus ticket and this VR nonsense.

I did not pay premium amount to travel in a low class bus.
