Debiting My Account 5 Months Late

On the 21st Of September 2015 I booked tickets online from Computicket, which was possessed and I received confirmation that my purchase had been paid for and went to collect the tickets at my nearest Computicket branch with my proof of purchase, the grump clerk handed me my event tickets and there was no hesitation about payment as on her system it showed that it had been paid for in full.<br> <br> This morning I received a message from Capitec Bank at 04:22 AM stating \Capitec: Purchase Processed Late -R440.00 Ref on 21-SEP.
