CONCERT AXCESS JOZI

I surprised my husband with a gift for tickets to see School boy Q with Axcess Jozi tonight. I collected my tickets from Montecasino this morning. We drive all the way to Newtown and the Manager at the event refused to allow us into the event he confiscated the tickets which came to close to r1000. We tried to call the call centre from the event no one picked up. We were so disappointed. We took a photo of thr tickets before we left and we took the managers details. We defintely expect a full refund however the bigger disappointment is that we will never get to see these amazing artists in SA again.
