COMPUTICKET'S SUCK AT CUSTOMER SERVICE

I purchased virtual vouchers online. It is the option to be used at Shoprite, Checkers or Usave, As in the terms and conditions, I waited to receive the SMS. Since it was 3 vouchers, I had to enter my cell number 3 times so I made sure each time it is accurate. I received the email reference but no sms with the each vouchers details. Computicket has failed to help me and is stating referring to me to Shoprite. They have done nothing to assist me to get the details for each voucher. BEWARE!!!
