Computickets refuse to sell people tickets at KKNK before the shows was over

I will send this e mail complain ion English due so that all the parties can read and understand the complain.

We flu down to George on the 3 of April 2018 and so we decided to spend the last day at the KKNK and we had our favorite artist at the following times from 15:00 - 17:00.

When we arrived at the gate in Voortrekker street Oudshoring the Computicket office refuse to sell us any more tickets to enter the premises, the lady that was so unprofessional that did not even come to the door to explain or give me and the other people a valid reason or her name just send the guy the stopped us at the gate to tell us they are closes.

The women that was so unprofessional and did not give us a valid reason had bop curly hear and was wearing glasses.

I would love to have a valid reason from Comuticket who gave this women the authority to refuse this 10 plus people to not enter the KKNK premises or could make an arrangement with us to enter. I don't see a valid reason for the Computicker office to close so early if there was still events till 17:00 , so the Computicket office in Voortrekker street who ever made that desison was the reason that KKNK lost money because of there wrong *********** destitutions to tell the people to go home they are close.

Please be so kind to give me a valid reason why Computicked refused to give me and the other people the opportunity to support our favorite artist.
