COMPUTICKETS ONLINE SYSTEM IS TERRIBLE.

Booked flights via the website. I have a ref no but no email with the flight details as site should send. When going back in there is no way to retrieve a booking but have to create an account. Which I did. It then treated me as a Vendor wanting to sell tickets. I just want to ****** simply and easily get the flight paperwork that I booked! THeir call centre ".....high volumes, we cant transfer u, try later..". No human, no answer, no whatsapp. NOT A GREAT BUSINESS MODEL FOR ONLINE PURCHASES.
