COMPUTICKET/NOZULU LUX LINER WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

We booked tickets online on Computicket to Umtata,We were booked under Nozulu luxliner for 4 people 3 of which are Elderly citizens (Pensioners). 2 of the Elderly fell ill and we tried to cancel the trip because they could no longer travel in their condition. Contacted Computicket and they said they can't do anything we must contact the bus itself. Nozulu luxliner refused to cancel the tickets without proof of them bieng ill which is honestly uncalled for. 1 of the Elderly Went ahead with the trip the bus departure time was 22:15. The elderly lady waited until 00:00 midnight in the cold at Germiston station Bus did not arrive, they are now ignoring their calls and still not assisting us with anything. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER, HOW DOES COMPUTICKET PARTNER WITH SUCH RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL, THEIVES. SO WE CANT TRUST COMPUTICKET EITHER BECAUSE WHEN **** HITS THE FAN THEY WASH THEIR HANDS AND SAY YOU MUST SORT IT OUT WITH THE 3RD PARTY. VERY ANGRY AND VERY DISAPPOINTED.
