COMPUTICKET - Voucher purchases not advised

I purchased an online voucher for Checkers Shoprite to the value of R1,500 on 8th November, just before 17:00. One voucher worth R1,000 was delivered, but Shoprite Landsdowne informed me that the token is not valid and the voucher cannot be used. The R500 voucher was never delivered.

I have been sending WhatsApps to Computicket since Saturday, but I have not received any assistance. I have tried calling three times but received the message that due to high call volumes, my call cannot be directed.

I require a refund of R1,500.
