Computicket useless

Upon receiving the announcement ed Sheeran adding another tour date to SA. I attempted to buy tickets at computicket. But trying to log in at computicket has failed dismally. Despite me following the reset details for login, 15times, the website will still not allow me in. Upon phoning computicket to gain access, I was told that despite advertising the JHB tickets were sold out, there were actually seats available. But while getting prices on the phone, all tickets sold out. I am still trying to log in to computicket via multiple methods and am failing. This is highly frustrating. Highly ********** to false advertise also
