Computicket Useless

If you want to book anything rather do it direct with the place than computicket. I have been sent from pillar to post and ignored by their consultants Thandeka Vilakazi and Nomfundo Buthelezi Ndlovu. I booked flights with them in January and they were cancelled by the airline so I the refund was processed by Computicket as I bought the tickets from them. In September I sent them my banking details as requested and they said it will take two weeks to process till today dololo. I called the call center, sent an email to info@computicket and also sent an email to Thandeka and Nomfundo no response from them either. There’s not a single competent person to assist me there as I was told by the last person I spoke to that only the person who assisted me can see what is going on with my refund and they will call me back and they never did. Computicket Travel Covid or No Covid customer service still matters and unfortunately you have lost a customer and I will be telling everyone I Know use Computicket at your own risk.
