Computicket...... Unnecessary Bureaucracy

I purchased two tickets for the Guns and Roses concert on the 29th of November, when booking the tickets, the information given to me was to take my credit card and Identity document to collect the tickets.

I did just that this afternoon and was told the tickets are not available to collect and will only be issued after the 12th of November I was just issued a receipt, acknowledging that I have paid .

The tickets I purchased were for my son and his friend, because the tickets needed to be collected in person, I did this on my way to the airport this afternoon on my way to work overseas for the next 8 weeks.

The lady at reception desk said I need to come back after the 12th of November with my ID book and credit card again to collect the tickets in person , which I can clearly not do as I will be overseas. Leaving the tickets uncollectible.

I phoned, Computicket .... although the lady who took my call was pleasant basically could not give a solution... now I have to explain to, two teenage boys that they are not going to the Guns & Roses concert because of bureaucratic technicalities .
