Computicket system says declined but money deducted from my account!!! I want my refund

Terrible service! I made a travel booking online, yet the screen said declined but the money was deducted from my account. I have been given the run around for almost a week now, with no feedback or update on my refund... Now the prices has shot the roof in and I am expected to make a new booking!!! How can I do so if the one matter is not yet resolved!!!!
