Computicket - SwanLake Tickets ***

I purchased 7 tickets for Swanlake on the 4 April 2023 for the show scheduled for the the 27th July 2023 at Montecasino. The tickets were for myself and my Family who live in Japan who were scheduled to arrive in South Africa on the 6th July. Due to circumstances beyond their control they have had to re-schedue their SA trip for January 2024. I tried several times to reach Computicket by phone yesterday 2/6/2023 and can never get through. I decided to go really early to a Checkers Money Market Kiosk this morning to get my tickets cancelled. After spending over two hours there the assistant failed to reach anyone on the phone to get the cancellation authorised. I tried again at midday at a different Checkers branch and here again the assistant was not able to reach the Computicket office for authorisation to cancel the tickets and pass a refund. I treid for the third time at yet another Computicket this afternoon and after asking me for an explanation as to why I was cancelling, they informed me that the tickets are non cancellable and non refundable.

I just received a call from the lady (Koketso) at the first Money Market Kiosk I went to this morning and Computicket have now changed their story. They told Koketso that they can only refund me 25% of the ticket.

What is the real story Computicket? Why are you trying to ******* innocent people.

I am a 63 year old woman who is expected to walk away from R2 940 because computicket refuses to honour the rules that were applicable when they sold me the ticket. Computicket are a bunch of *******. In addition to robbing me of R2940 they put me through all the trauma of trying to reach them by phone and than having to spend all of my day going from one branch of the Money Market Kiosk to another only to be further traumatised by their refusal to cancel and refund. Montecasino should not be doing business through these rep off artists. I will be sharing my story on all social media platforms
