Computicket Support a joke at best.

I bought a virtual voucher from Computicket as I have done multiple times in the past, spending an entire day trying to reach their support as the sms I receive by their system is incomplete, multiple emails, and trying their live chat line, no success... "due to high call volumes this call cannot be completed" and thats it, no further assistance.
