Computicket .....SUCKS!!!!!

<p>i purchased tickets online with my debit card (18/04/207) , the money was taken from my account but tickets never issued. excluding public holidays it has been ten working days and still they have NOT refunded my money. I have called numerous times, sent proof of payment (the money coming off my account) , in fact i had to wait a few days while they tried getting hold of the bank to confirm the money came off my account after I sent proof and NO refund. Why should i have to fight for my money . I was told on Saturday it will take another 7-10 working days to get my money back after they contacted their finance department.I insisted they pay me immediately ,but to no avail.</p> <p> </p> <p>Frustrated!!!!!!</p>
