COMPUTICKET STOLE MY MONEY

I bought a ticket via paypaft on the 18th of February 2023 from Computicket and I could not get the the. Thereafter I made a follow up with payfast and I was advised that the money is with Computicket. I've been making a follow up with Computicket but to date I have not received my R900.00 after being asked to send proof of payment. Please assist
