Computicket stole my 2 x Tickets for the game between Nadal & Federer

Thank you Computicket for making my son missing out on his dream. I was in line to buy a ticket for the Tennis game between Nadal and Federer. I picked 2 x Tickets and they were allocated to me. I went through to the next screen and filled in my details and my Credit Card details. I pressed the Next button to Pay and the screen said Processing..... I waited for my Bank to send me the Payment notification but the timer ran out after 9 minutes. What happened to my Tickets????
