Computicket: Sinse when they want South African Identity document when collecting your online purchased ticket!!!

Computicket: I was turned back from collecting my online purchased tickets because i didn't have ID document with me, but i had the bank card i made purchase with and drivers license, see below computicket condition of collecting a ticket:

"Tickets may be collected at any Computicket, Shoprite, Checkers or Checkers Hyper store at least 1 day before the show. Credit card used to make the booking must be presented when collecting tickets."

Where the **** does it say anything about ID copy? Please refund me because i was not able to watch the show i booked for because of that stupid reason.
