Computicket service sucks

I bought a ticket for a trip through Checkers and the bus never showed up. Trying to get a refund is impossible. They do not respond to telephone nor emails. Then I dialed a number and the lady on the phone said ag jissis and threw the phone down. Now that is great customer service for you. We will never ever purchase anything through computicket again. I cannot believe this kind of service level from a well known company. I believe I am not the only one.
