Computicket Refund still pending

My kids booked x2 tickets on the 19th August and the money was deducted from the bank accounts but confirmation was not shared and when they called they were told that the payment does not reflect we needed to send an email...We sent the emails contacted them on several social media platforms until today we have not recieved the refunds with no update from them.I want my money back.
